Refund eligibility

MAIAM LABS is preparing digital research products for SaaS founders, marketers, consultants, and small software teams. Our products are digital materials and do not require physical shipping.

Before full online checkout is available, early access requests are handled manually. If a payment is requested in the future, refund eligibility will be reviewed based on duplicate charges, technical access issues, or cases where the digital materials have not yet been delivered or accessed.

Because digital products can be copied or downloaded after access is granted, completed digital deliveries may not be refundable except where required by law or where a technical issue prevents access.

Review timeline

Refund requests are normally reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider and card issuer.

MAIAM LABS provides research and examples for educational and strategic reference. Refunds are not issued because a marketing campaign, landing page, or business outcome did not perform as expected.
