Refund Policy

Refunds for digital MAIAM LABS products are reviewed based on access status, duplicate billing, and technical delivery issues.

Refund eligibility

Digital products are generally not refundable after access has been granted or content has been used. We review refund requests for duplicate charges, failed access, or purchases made in error before content access.

Review timeline

Refund requests are normally reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider and card issuer.

How to submit a refund request

Email support@maiamlabs.com with your order number, purchase email, and reason for the request. Please do not send full credit card details by email.

No outcome guarantees

MAIAM LABS provides research and examples for educational and strategic reference. Refunds are not issued because a marketing campaign, landing page, or business outcome did not perform as expected.
